Job Overview:

The Senior Criminal Defense Attorney will provide expert legal counsel to clients facing criminal charges, manage case strategies, represent clients in court proceedings, and ensure the best possible outcomes for each case.

Duties:

  • Advise clients on their rights and draw up legal documents about their cases.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Criminal Defense.
  • Experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player mentality.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission.
