Land Use Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Land Use Attorney to join its growing practice. This position is ideal for a dedicated attorney with over 4 years of experience in land use and land use litigation. The firm prides itself on a collaborative team approach, maximizing resources to deliver comprehensive and efficient legal solutions for clients.

Duties

• Represent clients in land use matters and related litigation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents for land use cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the legal process.
• Develop business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to client representation.
• Manage a caseload independently while maintaining organization and efficiency.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in land use and land use litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with NJ 40:55D et seq. is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in New Jersey.
