A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney for their Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will contribute to internationally recognized matters, specializing in novel financing deals in the energy transition.

Job Overview:

• Work on high-profile finance matters in the energy transition sector, focusing on financing and M&A transactions, including tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality written work and deliverables and promptly respond to correspondence and phone calls.
• Maintain a responsive and efficient workflow, meeting deadlines and expectations consistently.
• Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
• Experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, focusing on tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
