Job Overview: A dynamic and well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Denver office. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale and complex real estate transactions, collaborating with sophisticated clients and a talented legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law, excellent drafting skills, and a strong ability to navigate complex legal issues in real estate.

Duties:

  • Handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews, prepare legal documents, and manage all aspects of real estate deals.
  • Work closely with clients, providing legal guidance and ensuring their transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members on a range of real estate matters, contributing to the successful completion of client projects.
  • Participate in negotiations, draft contracts, and ensure legal documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
  • Advise clients on corporate law issues related to real estate development and transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle sophisticated client matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, title and survey review, and development (preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar admission in Colorado is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing complex real estate transactions.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
