Job Title: Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, from inception through trial.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Manage case files, maintain timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of litigation issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in case strategy development.
• Conduct legal research to support case arguments and recommendations.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with a proven track record of managing cases independently.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership is in good standing.
