Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including responding to pleadings and drafting motions.
  • Manage document-intensive matters and ensure accuracy and compliance with litigation procedures.
  • Work closely with a team on complex commercial litigation cases, including M&A disputes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys throughout various stages of the litigation process.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda as needed.
  • Manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintain a commitment to client service and deliver high-quality legal work.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Significant experience with litigation procedures, including pleadings and motions.
  • Experience managing document-heavy matters.
  • Familiarity with M&A dispute issues is a plus.
  • Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar is required.
