Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases from inception through resolution, including preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, and motions

• Participate in client meetings, settlement negotiations, and court appearances

• Develop trial and advocacy skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on complex litigation matters

• Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development efforts

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience

• Proven track record of managing cases and handling complex legal matters

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong research and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Minnesota
