Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in asbestos litigation cases with professionalism, empathy, and dedication.
• Manage a caseload from initiation through resolution, including:
  • Investigation and case preparation.
  • Client depositions and deposing other witnesses as needed.
  • Opposing motions for summary judgments.
  • Trial preparation.
• Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective legal strategies.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather necessary information.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in litigation, with a focus on asbestos cases preferred.
• Trial experience, either as first or second chair, is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in plaintiffs’ personal injury cases, particularly asbestos-related matters.
