Job Overview: A law firm specializing in labor and employment law is seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor And Employment Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and class-action matters, and will provide valuable employment law advice and client counseling.

Duties:

• Handle employment litigation cases, including single plaintiff and class action matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice and counseling to clients on employment law issues.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
• Stay updated on developments in employment law and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably focusing on both single plaintiff and class action cases.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Experience providing employment law advice and client counseling is required.
• Traditional labor law experience is a plus but not required.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
