A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a White Collar Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in white-collar defense matters, internal investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, risk management, corporate governance, and compliance counseling. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate degree and have healthcare experience, including handling state and federal regulatory and compliance matters. Exceptional subject matter knowledge, strong academic credentials, and the ability to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in white collar defense matters
• Conduct internal investigations and risk assessments
• Handle litigation, enforcement actions, and compliance counseling
• Assist with corporate governance matters
• Research legal issues and provide analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
• 3+ years of experience in white collar defense matters
• Health care experience in handling state and federal regulatory and compliance matters is a plus
• Exceptional subject matter knowledge
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
