Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in white collar defense matters
  • Conduct internal investigations and risk assessments
  • Handle litigation, enforcement actions, and compliance counseling
  • Assist with corporate governance matters
  • Research legal issues and provide analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
  • 3+ years of experience in white collar defense matters
  • Health care experience in handling state and federal regulatory and compliance matters is a plus
  • Exceptional subject matter knowledge
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Ability to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:
