Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in probate litigation.
  • Expertise in Massachusetts trust and probate laws, including MUTC/MUPC.
  • Strong research and writing abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters independently.
  • High level of professionalism and client management skills.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
