Duties:

  • Represent clients in casualty-related matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
  • Manage caseloads, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
  • Handle depositions, hearings, and court appearances effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis of relevant case law.
  • Assist in the settlement process, including negotiations and mediation.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation to ensure compliance with firm standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in casualty law or related practice areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters and client cases.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and legal reasoning.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
