Job Overview:

Duties:

• Lead in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documents (e.g., term sheets, letters of intent).
• Supervise junior leasing attorneys and collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and brokers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work product.
• Maintain positive professional relationships and comply with firm policies.
• Engage in various activities, including virtual meetings and extensive computer work.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admitted to practice in Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in DC is required.
