This position involves handling all aspects of family law cases, from divorces to post-divorce and parenting matters, in a supportive and collaborative environment. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle family law cases, including divorces, parenting matters, and post-divorce issues.
  • Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions.
  • Collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Maintain accurate case files and meet court and client deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in family law (preferred) or recent graduation from law school.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.

  • Massachusetts experience is a plus.

Education:
