Duties

  • Manage complex litigation cases focused on cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
  • Oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, client communications, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop and execute case strategies.
  • Handle mediations, oral arguments, and work toward case resolutions.
  • Draft comprehensive legal documents, conduct thorough research, and provide strategic counsel to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, data, or privacy matters.
  • Strong academic credentials and proven excellence in legal research and writing.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to balance independent work and teamwork.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state where the desired office is located.
