Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar; West Virginia Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong interest in litigation with a proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge preferred.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania; West Virginia license is preferred.
