Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation, with 5+ years preferred.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar.
  • Proven track record of successful jury trials.

  • In-depth understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
