The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in transactional and litigation matters in the following areas: Unlawful Detainer (commercial and residential), Rent Control; Affordable Housing; Fair Housing; Business Real Estate. Must have California Bar membership.

The candidate should have a passion for real estate and property management. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to novel issues is required. Must have extremely well organized with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is needed. Low ego and poise under pressure are required. Must be quickly connect and communicate with a wide variety of personality types.
