  • Prepare legal documents, briefs, and opinions; file appeals as necessary
  • Maintain communication and positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Iowa Bar
  • Proven experience in workers' compensation law
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws, rulings, and regulations
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a diverse caseload and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Education:
