As an Immigration Attorney, the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, work closely with clients, and collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals.

Duties:

• Develop legal strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court or USCIS testimony.
• Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
• Manage and prioritize a substantial caseload efficiently.
• Conduct intake sessions with detained individuals at detention centers.
• Prepare and file various immigration applications, including family-based petitions, removal defense, and humanitarian cases.
• Review and refine immigration applications and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community organizations on immigration law updates.
• Conduct strategic immigration consultations with potential clients and determine appropriate legal strategies.
• Provide legal analysis to identify potential benefits for clients' cases.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for a wide range of immigration cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, assisting colleagues with strategic legal matters.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle and progress legal cases while managing a busy caseload.
• Experience with family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, EOIR proceedings, detained clients, citizenship applications, and other USCIS processes.
• Proficiency in case management software is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
