Duties:

• Handle a variety of complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Work closely with senior attorneys in preparing and managing discovery, drafting motions, and conducting legal research.

• Assist in developing legal strategies, drafting legal briefs, and participating in courtroom appearances.

• Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.

• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings in both state and federal courts.

• Stay updated on legal developments in commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience.

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative in individual tasks.

• Proven experience handling complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Washington, DC Bar, or eligibility to become admitted.
