Duties:

  • Manage and support real estate transactions, including contract negotiation, closings, and title review.
  • Handle estate planning cases, drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Provide counsel for probate matters, including contested and uncontested probates.
  • Represent clients in landlord-tenant disputes and litigation.
  • Assist with business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
  • Perform legal research and prepare documents for hearings, motions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Offer clients strategic advice and support for various civil legal matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Previous experience in real estate law, estate planning, or related practice areas is preferred.
