A law firm seeks a skilled and compassionate Associate Attorney with a strong background in family law to join their team in Austin, TX. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with 50% of the time spent in the office or court and the other 50% working remotely. Duties:

Represent clients in family law cases during court hearings and provide sound legal advice.
Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring team members have timely access to updates.
Assist clients with conflict resolution, legal analysis, and settlement negotiation.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Maintain open communication with clients and paralegals to manage cases efficiently.
Requirements:

2-3 years of family law experience in Texas.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Texas Bar.
Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).
Valid Texas Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
Ability to accurately track billable hours.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Education:

Certifications:

Admission to the Texas Bar.
Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).
Skills:
