Job Overview: A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lateral Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse set of legal skills and perspectives to the firm and play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, such as corporate law, litigation, real estate, or intellectual property.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends that may impact clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar or eligible for immediate reciprocity.
  • Relevant legal experience with a demonstrated track record of success in one or more practice areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical legal solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar or eligible for immediate reciprocity.
