Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and asset acquisition transactions, venture capital, private equity investments, and joint ventures
  • Provide guidance on healthcare-specific corporate matters such as business formations, capital raises, operational strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with senior partners to deliver strategic legal solutions to clients
  • Manage day-to-day corporate matters and client relationships
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities
  • Build expertise in healthcare-specific transactional laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity in healthcare
  • Strong track record in handling complex transactions independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors
  • Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they are applying

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar
