Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Manage multiple cases efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials in a timely manner
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and depositions as required by case strategy
• Engage in client interactions and provide solutions to case-related issues
• Integrate best practices and legal standards when handling client matters
• Develop case strategies and arguments based on findings and legal research
• Complete reports and projects in accordance with partner and client requirements
• Record billable hours accurately and punctually, adhering to firm and client policies

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for securities litigation
• Experience drafting summary judgment and other dispositive motions
• Familiarity with federal and state civil procedure rules
• Mediation and trial preparation experience is a plus
• Strong writing and analytical abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar is required
