The attorney will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes in personal injury cases, providing courtroom advocacy and compassionate support.

Duties:

• Engage with clients to discuss case specifics, provide updates, and maintain trust.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies about claim status, demands, and offers.
• If required, prepare cases thoroughly for trial and serve as the lead trial attorney.
• Conduct case evaluations and assessments to formulate optimal legal strategies.
• Handle negotiations with high proficiency to secure favorable settlements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6+ years of litigation experience, with relevant first-chair trial experience
• Active membership and good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in South Carolina in good standing
