Requirements

  • Knowledge of key healthcare laws and regulations, such as HIPAA, ERISA, and the ACA.
  • Experience with medical malpractice, litigation, health insurance provider and hospital claims, or employment law is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
