Duties:

• Provide legal representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop legal strategies.
• Manage case files, attend hearings, and represent clients in court as necessary.
• Assist in the development and growth of the firm’s criminal defense practice.
• Maintain a high level of client service, providing timely updates and advice.
• Stay updated on developments in family law and related legal areas.

Requirements:

• Legal experience with a focus on family law preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong commitment to client service and ethical practice.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State (or eligible for admission).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State (WA Bar license required).
