Probate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Frederick, MD is seeking a Probate Associate Attorney to handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Probate law and will assist in estate planning and Medicaid matters as needed.

Duties:

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss their probate needs.
• Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration.
• Prepare Probate Accountings and Inventories.
• Work directly with clients to gather missing information.
• Assist the Estate Planning team on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Probate law.
• Estate Planning and Medicaid experience is helpful.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active State Bar License in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Probate and Estate Administration processes.
