Attorney for a personal injury law firm

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join a Personal Injury law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills. This position involves extensive client contact, court appearances, and travel.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including preparing and filing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client claims.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials on behalf of clients.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and travel as needed.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania.
