This position offers the opportunity to handle estate planning, conservatorships, trust and estate administration, and related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have significant responsibility in managing cases, including direct client contact, while working collaboratively in a supportive and dynamic environment. The associate will be expected to develop professional expertise and visibility within the legal community.

Duties:

  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Administer trusts, handle probates, and manage conservatorship matters
  • Provide legal support and guidance on complex trust and estate matters
  • Maintain consistent client contact throughout the process
  • Handle estate and trust litigation, as needed
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective case progression
  • Participate in community activities and events to build professional visibility

Requirements:

  • Experience in trusts and estates law
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong organizational, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
