Trusts And Estates Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a dedicated Trusts And Estates Associate Attorney to join their team. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, trust creation, and administration matters.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex trust and estate issues.
• Advise clients on tax implications related to trusts and estates.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in trusts and estates practice.
• Strong interest and proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong performance in relevant coursework.
