Duties:

• Provide expert legal guidance and counsel throughout the bankruptcy process.
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for resolving bankruptcy cases.
• Stay updated on current bankruptcy laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Advise clients on their rights and options under bankruptcy law.
• Negotiate with creditors and other parties to reach favorable settlements.
• Handle legal research and case analysis to support client cases.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in bankruptcy cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Florida Bar Association.
• Proven experience in handling bankruptcy cases.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:
