Duties:

  • Support estate planning and administration matters
  • Communicate and correspond with clients, insurance carriers, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain case files and documentation in an organized manner
  • Ensure legal compliance and proper execution of documents
  • Represent clients in negotiations and settlements when necessary
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on various matters

Requirements:
