Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in complex transactions. Duties:

• Advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and general corporate matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality written work and deliverables.
• Manage and respond to client inquiries and correspondence promptly.
• Meet deadlines and exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness.
• Foster positive relationships within the firm and with clients.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in MN.
• 3 years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms or SEC-related work preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and business judgment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
