Job Description:

Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare for and participate in mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and legal strategies.
• Stay current on labor and employment law developments to provide clients with informed guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven litigation experience, including trial preparation and courtroom presence.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
