A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join a growing office in Merced, CA. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate litigation. Duties

  • Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate disputes.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategies and solutions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide updates regarding case progress.
  • Assist in preparing for trial, including developing evidence, drafting motions, and conducting depositions.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients and offer creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, managing a diverse caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
