Associate Attorney Foreclosure Management

Duties:

• Prepare, review, and approve legal pleadings related to foreclosure cases.
• Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters, from initiation to resolution.
• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings, both telephonically and in person.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and provide detailed case updates.
• Review chains of title to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
• Participate in special projects and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Maine Bar Association.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in client interactions via email, phone, and client systems.
• Excellent client service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Maine is required.
