Pre-Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about helping clients navigate the early stages of personal injury and property damage claims. Duties:

• Meet with clients to understand their cases, offering clear guidance and support.
• Build trust and rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy and a proactive attitude.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their claims, ensuring they are well-informed.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims and determine their potential for progression.
• Represent clients’ interests in negotiations, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
• Maintain a strong focus on client service, ensuring the best possible outcome for each case.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment to handle cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, or willing to become licensed in Georgia.
• Proven ability to evaluate claims and assess their viability.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Georgia Bar license (or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
