A law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney in Newport Beach. The associate attorney will handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters, at a senior level. Duties:

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Bar admission.
  • Previous experience in family law litigation.
  • Strong understanding of family law statutes and case law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
