Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team in Wilmington, DE. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate, manage complex litigation, and work collaboratively and independently. The successful candidate will have a solid legal background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Experience appearing in state and federal courts.
• Experience handling multi-district litigation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Delaware Bar.
