Location:

Duties:

• Draft governing documents for community associations
• Review and draft contracts
• Attend and provide legal counsel during board meetings
• Coordinate and oversee board elections
• Prosecute delinquent association accounts
• Handle litigation, including trial and appellate work when necessary

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in community association or related legal work
• Strong academic background
• Demonstrated legal writing ability

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
