Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Family Law Attorney on behalf of a growing law firm in Denver, CO. Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive legal representation in family law cases, including both pre-decree and post-decree matters.
  • Conduct legal research, discovery, and prepare complex court documents for family law cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and participate in negotiations and mediations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and manage their expectations.
  • Manage a caseload of at least 20 active cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Offer high-level support on a wide range of family law matters, including those involving intricate financial and business-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in family law, specifically within Colorado.
  • Prior experience managing complex family law cases, including those with business interests, executive compensation, and financial complexities.
  • Proven ability to handle at least 20 active cases while meeting billable hour targets.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Colorado Bar License (required).

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong case management and organizational abilities.
