Duties:

• Attend pretrial hearings and strategize with clients on the best course of action.
• Manage court appearances, trials, motions, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case precedents to inform legal strategy.
• Prepare and execute case strategies, ensuring clients are fully prepared for trial.
• Analyze probable outcomes of cases and provide clients with clear, actionable legal advice.
• Gather additional evidence to support the defense case or challenge the prosecution's charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions and assist in gathering information from witnesses and expert testimony.
• Maintain and manage a caseload of criminal defense cases, ensuring timely progress and high standards of legal representation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in criminal defense, including handling cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
