A law firm in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking a Divorce and Family Law Attorney to protect clients' rights and best interests in divorce, child custody, and other family law matters. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator, possess strong legal knowledge and writing ability, exercise good judgment, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Duties:

• Provide invaluable advice to clients on divorce, child custody, and family law issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they understand their legal options and rights.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Stay updated with legal knowledge and proactively seek necessary information for optimal client outcomes.
• Support clients throughout the legal process with constant communication and guidance.
• Ensure high-quality service and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and provide assistance during challenging times.

Requirements:

• 3-25 years of experience in divorce and family law.
• Expertise in divorce, child custody, and family law matters.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Excellent judgment and time management abilities.

• Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
