A law firm seeks a junior-level partner with substantial expertise in regulatory compliance within healthcare law to join its Health Care Practice Group in Syracuse. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent sophisticated healthcare clients across various matters and contribute to a dynamic practice, with the potential for a leadership role.

Duties:

• Represent healthcare clients in a diverse array of regulatory compliance matters.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance and support the firm’s healthcare practice across its platform.
• Provide strategic legal advice on healthcare regulations and compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in leading initiatives within the Health Care Practice Group to further develop the firm's capabilities.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare law and regulations to ensure clients receive informed guidance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience working with healthcare clients on regulatory issues.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• A portable and growing book of business is desirable, though not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar is required.
