Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, guardianship, probate, and trust administration to join their team in Las Vegas. Duties

• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Managing probate matters, including representing clients in probate court and assisting with estate administration.
• Assisting with guardianship cases and ensuring the proper legal care of minors and incapacitated individuals.
• Advising clients on trust administration, including compliance with trust terms and state laws.
• Communicating with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth case management.
• Providing counsel on complex estate and trust matters, including tax implications and asset distribution.
• Handling legal research and maintaining accurate case files.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in estate planning, guardianship, probate, and trust administration.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
• Proven track record of success in probate and estate planning matters.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in Nevada.
