Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Intake Attorney Manager to oversee a team of pre-litigation attorneys handling personal injury cases. Duties:

  • Manage a team of pre-litigation attorneys, providing guidance on pleadings, discovery, and case development.
  • Oversee case preparation and ensure cases are properly developed and ready for litigation.
  • Utilize sophisticated legal software for efficient team management and case tracking.
  • Work closely with attorneys to maximize case value and improve trial readiness.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of client service, focusing on case quality and results.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to attorneys within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of attorneys.
  • Strong understanding of pre-litigation processes, including pleadings, discovery, and deposition strategies.
  • Proficiency in using legal case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in personal injury law, particularly pre-litigation processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use legal software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced caseload.
