A law firm in Devon, PA, is seeking an accomplished Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their practice. This attorney will specialize in planned community and condominium projects, managing a range of real estate transactions with expertise in drafting and negotiating complex documents. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee various real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
• Provide expert legal advice on planned community and condominium projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analysis to support real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes related to real estate transactions and agreements.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and development agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address legal issues and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in real estate law.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to the firm's business development efforts.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
• Demonstrated experience in planned community and condominium law.
• Proven ability to handle complex real estate transactions and negotiations effectively.
